I find this topic on the whole extremely tedious, but I do have one thing to say regarding Ants' 'approachability'.

Ants, you've got to realise that because you've kinda got a 'title' (DJ) it might separate you from other people in the eyes of newbies. People who don't know you or haven't spoken to you only know you as that guy who stands a bit higher than everyone else in a walled booth. Subconsciously at least, that makes you different from the other people in Park Lane and so people find it harder to talk to people that appear so different to them.

I don't know, maybe I would be unsure about talking to you but then again I'm not one of your "mates" so of course it's harder to speak to a relative stranger.

This is all of course idle gossip, hearsay and conjecture as I have no formal qualification in psychology or anything, I just call it like I see it.

Actually, it's probably cos you wear a leather jacket and have long hair.

it's class. makes a lot more sense on paper.

his version of history makes a ton more sense. earth used to spin closer to the sun and mars span where earth does now. therefore it was possible for water to flow on mars, hence the canals there now that it's too cold for water. then jupiter knocked us into the current positions when it got sucked into our solar system.

he also explains the ancient structures which would be impossible to create even now, the technology isn't advanced enough yet. a superior race once lived among us. interbred with homo erectus to fill that suspicious missing link between homo erectus and homo sapien in order to produce folk to mine gold in africa.

Well if you are let me ask you this - are you any good? Because 14 year old drummers [img]smile.gif[/img] are generally shite!

Now since I havent heard you drum [img]smile.gif[/img] its not really OK for me to insult you by saying you're crap, but the amount of people at college that go round saying "I'm a drummer [img]smile.gif[/img] " and brag about their double bass pedal and then drum like a drunk toddler with no rhythm is atrocious. Same goes for guitarists and bassists this year, what with all the newbos in year one that are really unmusical.

Back to the point - its fucking annoying when people go round bragging that they're a musician when really they are so shit that they don't deserve to be given that distinction.
